1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern use of PhoneAppDeck (the “App”), provided by Containnect (“we”). Please review these Terms before using the App. Where the App requests express acceptance, follow the in-app prompt.
2. What the App does
PhoneAppDeck is a development support app currently available on Android. It connects to GitHub, helps users navigate to external AI development services of their choice, review pull requests and code differences, preview supported projects, trigger or inspect supported GitHub Actions workflows for building and testing, and continue toward store release.
Feature availability depends on OS, repository setup, project requirements, external services and permissions. An iOS release is under review and is not guaranteed. The App is not provided, endorsed, or guaranteed by GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Apple.
3. Third-party services
Use of GitHub, AI providers, Google Play, App Store and other services is subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your accounts, permissions, content, charges and credentials. External changes, interruptions or restrictions may affect the App.
4. Your code and rights
Your repositories, code and build outputs remain owned by you or their rightful owners. Displaying or processing them on your device does not transfer ownership to Containnect. You must have authorization to access, modify, build and publish anything you use with the App.
5. AI-generated content
Code and other content created by external AI services may contain errors, security vulnerabilities or third-party intellectual-property issues. Review and test changes, licenses and security before use. Neither AI output, previews nor builds guarantee correctness, security or app-store approval.
6. Prohibited uses
Do not use the App to break applicable law, infringe rights, access unauthorized accounts or repositories, distribute malware, bypass security safeguards, overload systems or interfere with the App or connected services.
7. Fees and advertising
The Android App may display ads using Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for details. Where required, choices or consent for advertising data processing are handled separately from acceptance of these Terms. GitHub, external AI services and app stores may charge fees under their own terms. If we introduce paid App features, price, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.
8. Intellectual property
Except for content owned by users or third parties, intellectual-property rights in the App, its design, text and branding belong to Containnect or the applicable rights holders.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, incidents or third-party service changes. Material changes will be announced on this site or through the App where appropriate.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, security or freedom from defects. Back up and verify your code, credentials, build outputs and release actions.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where relevant. Mandatory rights under applicable law prevail.

12. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes and their effective dates will be announced on this page or appropriately in the App.
